Hi there, thanks for dropping by. Now, I will share with you my first ever take on “bang bang shrimp recipe.” There are different versions of this recipe which proves how popular this is.

Serves 2- 5
Prep time: 20 mins
Cook time: 8 mins
Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb of Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp of Garlic powder
- 2 tsp of chilli powder
- 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup of Mayo
- 1/4 cup of Sweet Chili Sauce
- Pinch of Salt
- Chopped parsley
Cooking Instructions:
1) To make the sauce, stir together the mayo, chili sauce, salt and parsley, cover and put it in the fridge.
2) Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Toss the shrimp with the oil, garlic, chilli powder, salt and pepper, lay on a single layer and pop them in the oven for about 8 minutes.
3) When ready to serve, sprinkle some additional chopped parsley over the shrimp and serve with the sauce.
I usually serve it with sliced watermelon and fresh lettuce for additional crisp and flavor! Yummy and easy to prepare. Enjoy! 🙂
