The first week of work after the festive season is downright depressing. But don’t worry. You’re not the only one who’s experiencing holiday blues
Here are some ways to return to your daily grind:
Take a deep breath and ask yourself “What’s your purpose of working in the first place?”
TAKE IT SLOWLY
Read those gazillion emails. Check your calendar. Catch up with phone calls.
Organize your work space. Add your favorite photo, book and some essentials.
Set aside 20 minutes a day to walk, eat a snack and read a book.
Do some cardio at least 30 minutes. It will pump up your body and give you a better mood.
You had enough sleepless nights last 2015. You know that sleep do wonders for your health.
Get off that bed and start making your dreams come true! 🙂
